It is with heavy hearts we need to announce that AZ Rockabilly Bash will be postponing our event until October 23 & 24th, due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 Pandemic. In partnership with Pleasant Harbor, we have been waiting for State guidance on the re-opening of the Arizona economy which would include all social gatherings of over 50 people. Since it is still unclear when these gatherings will be allowed, we have to move our event date once again. We want all our loyal car enthusiasts and our attendees to feel safe in this unprecedented time. Therefore, it is with this concern that postponement is the best route for everyone.
All tickets, RV spots, vendor booths, car registrations will transfer automatically to the October 23rd and October 24th, 2020 AZ Rockabilly Bash. We look forward to seeing you all at the October 23rd and 24th AZ Rockabilly Bash. If you have purchased tickets, vendor spots, registrations or camping bundles, all of these items will be valid for the rescheduled October 23-24th 2020 AZ Rockabilly Bash- if you are unable to make the 2020 Bash, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also visit our refund policy under our tickets page on our website here. Please be patient as we deal with the many emails and requests, as this was such an unexpected turn of events so close to our very large event and many factors go into an event of this size.
If you have purchased an RV spot, camping bundle and are unable to make the October 23 & 24th 2020 event, let us know as soon as possible and we will work it out with you on a case by case basis.
Please download form and email to email@example.com There is one form for regular vendors and one form for food vendors. Car bike Registration is a downloadable form with instructions inside.

If you have any of the above vehicles and are entering the show, you can purchase a camping permit at the registration desk for $25 and this will allow you to tent next to your pre 72 car or bike in the show area in the specific area designated at the event. So the registration fee will be $25 at the gate plus the $25 camping permit. These are not reservable and are first come first serve. They are only sold at the registration desk by the AZ Rockabilly Bash staff at the car show entrance.
Vintage trailers that are entering the show will be able to enter for $25 registration, plus the $25 camping permit which can be purchased at the registration desk and covers Friday through Sunday and will be for the area designated for tent camping in the show. Personal vehicles will have to be parked away from the show in a designated area. These spots are also first come first serve, dry spots with no hook ups and are only available at the registration desk by the AZ Rockabilly Bash staff at the car show entrance.
If you want to tent camp in the show, but only have a personal vehicle, you can purchase a camping permit from the General Admission entrance for $25, plus the $15 General admission. No personal vehicles will be allowed in the show fenced in area, so you would have to carry your tent and all your gear in to the show and park your personal car in the general admission parking, which is outside the event area fencing. The general admission and the camping permit is for Friday through Sunday and you can re enter as many times as you like with your wristband. Showers and bathrooms are available at the main club house of the resort.
If you would like to tent camp next to your personal vehicle, you can purchase a camping permit from the Marina office instead and pitch a tent next to your car in the area next to the event. You would have to purchase a general admission ticket to the bash, but you can re enter and leave as many times as you like with the wristbands for Friday through Sunday. This option works well for those who have a personal vehicle and want to camp in proximity to the event but are not entering a car/bike in to the show.
